John and Becky Leverington

John and Becky joined Wycliffe Bible Translators in 1994 and ministered as counselors in Papua New Guinea. Now they are based out of the International Headquarters in Dallas, Texas. John is the International Counseling Ministries Consultant traveling worldwide to respond to crisis situations. He encourages and supports Wycliffe counselors and consults with mission administrators. Becky, Director of the Child Safety and Response Program, develops organizational procedures to ensure the care of children in cases of abuse and trauma. They present workshops for missionaries on topics that include dealing with transitions, living with uncertainty, stress, maintaining spiritual vitality, and dealing with loss. Learn More
