Loving God and Each Other

What would posess anyone to get out of bed early on a Sunday morning?!  Join us, and find out!

Sunday is the big day at GracePoint for loving God and each other.  The Lord's Day begins with prayer before worship to ask God for a spirit-filled, divinely inspired, and God-glorifying time together.

Worship begins at 8:30 a.m. for the TRADITIONS venue and includes a blend of praise, prayer, and a powerful message.  The HORIZONS worship venue begins at 11:15 a.m. and includes lively praise using electric guitars with the praise band and a conversational message with audio-visual illustrations.

Music that happens during worship is a big part of how we demonstrate love to God.  Each Sunday, you will hear hymns, praise songs, and either a solo, vocal choir, or bell choir.

After worship, we enjoy "fellowship time," where we meet guests, visit with each other, and refresh ourselves with beverages and snacks.

Grace Groups are small groups of 10-14 people who meet together to get better acquainted and to pray for each other.  Some Grace Groups meet for lunch on Sundays.  The Guys & Gals group enjoys Sunday brunch together once a month after fellowship time.

Other Grace Groups get together during the week for fellowship and prayer.
      * Apples of Gold meets at Luther Manor for Bible study and fellowship.
      * Golden Oldies meets twice a month and is open to all who have grown in wisdom and grace. Check the calendar page for the times and places.

Youth groups meet on Sunday evening.

A prayer and praise gathering called FRESH ENCOUNTERS is held on the third Wednesday of each month, September-May, from 6:30 to 7:20 p.m.

Church-wide, "family" dinners are popular at GracePoint.  Other larger events that we look forward to are the Men's Cookout and the Ladies' Tea.
