You are invited to hear The Rev. B.J. Weber share his personal reflections of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, and the healing that has occurred in the decade since. Weber grew up in Dubuque, graduated from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary (UDTS) in 1978, and moved to New York City to start a street ministry. He was one of the first chaplains to assist the twin tower terrorist victims and continues to serve the community of New York City today.
The presentation, A Decade of Healing, will take place at GracePoint, 3100 Windsor Ave. A time to meet and greet will follow in the church’s fellowship center. Everyone is welcome.
