"Bridges Out of Poverty"

The Bridges our of Poverty Initiative is a movement in Dubuque that is attempting to address the issue of poverty through the lens of the work of Dr Ruby Payne.  Dr. Payne's landmark book, A Framework for Understanding Poverty, has been helping break down walls of division between people of different economic classes for almost 15 years. 

Jim Ott will make the presentation and answer questions.
